Stillwater Area Public Schools Partners with Belwin Conservancy for Hands-On Environmental Education

Stillwater Area Public Schools is excited to partner with Belwin Conservancy in Afton to offer engaging, hands-on environmental education experiences for students in grades 2 through 5. • Explore local ecosystems and discover Minnesota wildlife

  • Develop an understanding of environmental stewardship

  • Practice scientific observation and inquiry skills

  • Build a personal connection with nature

Program Details:

  • Second grade students will receive in-class instruction from Belwin Naturalists during regular classroom hours.
  • Third through fifth grade students will benefit from both in-class instruction and immersive, on-site experiences at Belwin Conservancy.
Families will receive additional details, including field trip information, as their scheduled dates approach.
