1-backpack, large enough to hold snow pants and boots
1-small blanket for rest time if you are an all day student
1-family photo to put on display in our classroom

- 1 Scissors - Kid Sized with Blunt Tip (Fiskars recommended)
- 1 Small Blanket or Beach Towel for quiet time - feel free to use something you already have at home

1st Grade

- 4 black, fine tip dry erase markers
- 10 glue sticks
- 1 sturdy plastic pocket folder to be used as daily take home folder, you choose design
- 1 sturdy red plastic pocket folder (pronged...for writing)
- 2 wide ruled composition notebook - Not Miss Johnson
- 1 wide ruled spiral notebook
- headphones (not earbuds) - In a ziplock bag labeled with child’s name
- 1 set of watercolor paints Prang or Crayola - Not Miss Johnson
- 2 dozen sharpened pencils Ticonderoga if possible
- 1 JUMBO roughly 11.5 by 7.5 plastic pencil box- (to fit crayons, colored pencils, markers, scissors, a glue stick, 5 pencils) - No pencil box for Miss Johnson
- Water bottle

Please bring the following supplies to your Ready Set Go conference or on your first day of school:
• 1 box colored pencils
• 1 box Crayola markers
• 50-#2 pencils labeled with initials near eraser (keep resupplying during year)
• 5 red ballpoint pens
• 1 highlighter
• 1 large glue stick
• 1 pair of sharp scissors (adult sized)
• 5 plastic double pocket folders (1 each of red, yellow, green, blue, and 1 any color other than above)
• 6 wide-line single subject spiral notebooks (1 each of red, yellow, blue and green and 1 color other of above)
• 1 package of loose-leaf notebook paper
• 1 box of tissues
• 1 Composition notebook (wide-line, any color)
• Personal pencil sharpener
• 1 pack of medium size Post-it notes
• Black permanent marker (sharpie brand)
• Noise canceling headphones (muff-style) or earbuds. These are not shared.
